Is coaching something for me? 

Some people may think that coaching is only for leaders or people in positions of great responsibility. However, I strongly believe that coaching can benefit everyone, regardless of hierarchical level or sector of activity. In short, coaching is accessible to anayone looking to improve their professional and/or personal life and who accept the possibility of change.
